Taking good care of our friends and customers is the most important thing to us. We want you to shop here with confidence. We want to put any hesitations you may have about ordering clothes on-line at ease, so we try to do the absolute best we can in regards to customer service and our on-line store policies. We know you'll love our clothes once you put them on your back, so we strive to make it an easy decision for you to give us a try. But don't take our word for it. Free shipping on orders over $100!!! Make sure you take advantage of this.
We ship via UPS. The shipping rates are pulled directly from UPS.com, so we keep shipping as cheap as possible for you. We charge NO MARK-UP and NO HANDLING FEES. We're trying to keep this as easy and inexpensive for you as possible.
Most products will ship in 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground (1-6 days, depending on how far you are from sunny California). If you just can't wait that long to get your Hozell, UPS Next day, 2 day and 3 day shipping are also available for your convenience. If you have a rush order, please email or call us upon placing your order to make sure that we can expedite processing.

We are very trusting, so we will try to accomodate most returns and exchanges. If you want to return or exchange and item, please send us a note.
Exchanges: In your note, please tell us why you wish to exchange the product, and make sure you tell us what item you want as a replacement. We'll email you a UPS return label, so you can send us back the product for exchange. Once we receive it, we'll send out the replacement. Pretty simple. Because we are great guys, and because we want to make this as easy and enjoyable as possible for you, we'll cover the cost of shipping both ways. But if you like the clothes, you have to promise to order more in the future... and also tell everyone you know about Hozell.com
Returns: In your note, please tell us the reason you want to send back the product, and whether you would like a store credit or a refund. If you return for store credit, we'll cover the cost of return shipping (we'll email you a UPS return label to use). If you return for a refund, please send to 1677 Superior Ave. #H, Costa Mesa, CA 92627.
If there was an error in shipping, or there is a problem with the product, we will cover the cost of the return shipping (again, we'll email you a UPS return label).
